Featherstar gets up and pads out into the middle of the WindClan clearing. "Anyone wanna go patrol the borders with me?" She calls out to the Clan.

Meadowpaw looked up quickly from grooming her whitish-brown fur, her crystal blue eyes glowing with excitement. She sprung up, shaking her fur out, and grinning. "I'll come, Featherstar!" She scampered over to the leader, her tail twitching uncontrolabley. She dipped her head. "It'll be an honor to patrol with you."

Featherstar smiles. She was used to being respected for being a leader, but Meadowpaw was making her feel extra special today. ((XD)) "Alright, let's go!" She mews, scampering into the forest. She pads along in the forest along the well-worn pathways from many of her ancestors' pawprints. "Okay, so we may as well train a bit while we're out.. What do you scent?" She mews, scenting the air to make sure her apprentice is correct.

Meadowpaw followed her with fierce agility. She skidded to halt in front of the silver she-cat. "I smell...robin!" She licked her lips, her mouth watering.

"Anything else?" She mews, scenting the faintest scent of another animal.

"Well, a little bit of ShadowClan.." she began, looking over the rises toward the Clan's territory. "And barely some ThunderClan," she then glanced to the other side over more fields. "But...rabbit! A robin, must be wondering over here from ThunderClan territory."

Feather smiles. "Your welcome" She mews. "Now the question is, can you hunt as good as you can scent?" She mews, crouching down, eagerness in her eyes as if she were the apprentice and Meadow was the mentor.
