Of course if you were to look for Waterstar anywhere, it would be by the river, crouching down on her four paws, ready to swipe her claws at the river water to catch a silver fish.

Marshpaw slunk about in the wet mud around the river. It had just recently rained and overflowed, leaving the ground all sticky and muddy; he loved it. Marshpaw laughed as he slung mud all the way across the river to StarClan territory. (My Clan) "Teach them to mess with our Clan! Especially not letting us have the Unclaimed Territory!" (Again, My site.) He spat toward the other side of the river, but he decided it wasn't enough. He waded into the river until he was swimming and swam across the river to StarClan territory, and marked a new border.
He suddenly scented the air, not thinking about doing it before he crossed the river, not to mention the border as well. Waterstar.. No StarClan.. He thought to himself, silently thanking Great StarClan for not letting him get caught. He swam back across the river to rinse off his StarClan scent and scented the air once more to find his leader. "Waterstar?" He called out, looking for the beautiful she-cat. He had a secret crush on Waterstar, but of course nobody could know that for he was only an apprentice, and she was the leader. Not only major age difference, but major rank difference as well. Luckily, he was great at hiding his emotions therefore, nobody else knew.
"Waterstar?" He meowed once more, finally finding the RiverClan leader and sitting down beside her. "Hello, Waterstar.. What are you doing out here?" He asked the leader as if nothing were wrong or anything; he seemed completely normal, and that was the weird thing. He was thought to be a loner or an emo cat, which wasn't really true, it's just how he appeared. He was a pure black tom with huge paws and untrustworthy green eyes; he wasn't a loner or emo, it's just that nobody ever really gave him a chance to be a friend. ---------------------------- Word Count: 316
